Hi guys, marathon number 9 for me. This one is extremely close to my heart. It is for The Abel Foundation. My cousins little boy, Abel has Mitochondrial Disease and the life costs in giving Abel the support he and his family need is astronomical. His parents have launched the Abel Foundation and I took part in the inaugural fundraising launch in 2016 when I cycled from Edinburgh to Andover (880 miles) in a week to launch it. That had quite an affect on me personally with my own health taking a bit of a nasty turn. But I'm back now and ready to take on this challenge and help raise some valuable funds and awareness. Please help me help them and others like Abel. Thank you.
