Established on the Mornington Peninsula in 1984, Peninsula Home Hospice (PHH) provides expert health care and practical support to those within its community who are living with a life threatening illness and choosing to receive palliative care in the home. This support extends to the families and carers of PHH clients.

Story

Palliative care doesn't just treat your body, it also cares for your social, spiritual, emotional and cultural needs. It looks after you as a whole person. Because it focuses on your quality of life, it helps you to live as well as possible and, when the time comes, to die in comfort.

I believe very strongly in the need for people who are living with a life threatening illness to have that support in their own home. Peninsula Home Hospice aims to make you more comfortable and supports family and friends who are involved in your care.

PHH needs our support and so I'm taking up the challenge to raise money and walk the Great Ocean Road. Help me to make a difference to those in our community who are using this invaluable service now or who might be in the future.
