Everything Ellie was set up in 2015 in memory of Ellie Easton who sadly passed away at age 16 from Leukaemia. Ellie’s wish was to have a beach hut at Saunton Sands for families to make forever memories and have blue sky days away from hospitals and treatments as she did.
Everything Ellie has the beach hut at Saunton and now a lodge at Stowford Meadows that sleeps six for families who have children with life threatening or limiting illness, parents with a terminal illness and bereaved families for respite.
