So that's where we come in we need to find a cure for this crippling disease and the only way is to help by research and this costs money. Parkinson UK is a non funded organisation relying on the kindness  of people like you, and idiots like me taking on new challenges.

Those of you know me will know I have been diagnosed with PD for 11 or 12 years and I am determine to stop it overtaking  my life although its had a good try. I was due to run for "Parky's" in the 2017 VMLM but fractured my leg training and had to withdraw. My Wife and I did do the London Vitality 10000 last  year again for team Parky's. Its a great honour to run for them this year Come on April 26th 2020 I'm hoping to finish somewhere between  4:00 and 4:59
