On the 20th Of February 2009 after a long and difficult journey my dad received an amazing gift of a new heart ❤

We are so grateful to the donor and their family for their wonderful gift  but it would not have been possible without the amazing treatment and care that my dad received at the freeman hospital.

On February 8th 2014 we are going to celebrate his 2nd chance at life and in return my dad would really like to make the event a charity fundraiser. My dad would like to give something back to the charity that made his second chance at life possible.

Therefore my dad asks for people to make a donation to this charity as a heart birthday gift to him ❤
