On 25th May, I will be attempting to complete a 100km run from Richmond Park in London to Brighton Racecourse. 

I am doing this to raise money for the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Ambulance because of the great work they do. 

Because of my occupation I have worked alongside these guys and really see the difference they make in helping those in need.

They are a brilliant charity that really make a difference in our community.
