I am not a big runner/ exerciser, in-fact I have never run more than about 1k without having to stop! So, I thought it was about time I set myself a challenge and have decided to run the Help for Heroes British 10k Run on July 13th (http://www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk/).

I will be running with a group from my company (Havas People) to support the Diana Award (http://diana-award.org.uk/). It is an amazing charity which supports the outstanding achievements of young people, and is seen as the last legacy to Princess Diana.

This is a BIG challenge for me, so I would really appreciate any donation big or small!
