In Feb 2025, the unimaginable happened - my beautiful mom was diagnosed with Leukemia. Our lives were turned upside down and it’s been a challenging time dealing with it. Support from doctors, family and friends has been the one thing that has kept us going as a family and I think is one of the reasons my mom is so strong and remains in good spirits. I have chosen this charity as not everyone is as lucky as us to have access to so much information through our incredible doctors and have access to such a close and large support group - Leukaemia Care is a national charity dedicated to ensuring that anyone affected by blood cancer receives the right information, advice and support. Receiving the right information and support is key in this journey and I hope that these donations help more families get what they deserve.
