The third Monday in January, thought to be Blue Monday, is being turned into Brew Monday to encourage everyone to reach out to people. Theres always time for a cuppa and a catch-up. It doesnt matter if its Monday morning or Saturday night, or if youre drinking green tea, black coffee or orange juice. It doesnt matter if you catch up in person, virtually or over the phone. If youre sharing a cuppa and listening, then youre doing it right. Get everyone together for a cuppa (in person or virtually) and raise money for Central London Samaritans so someone having a tough time has somewhere to turn when they need to talk.
