As a dedicated team of dental professionals we are
passionate about raising awareness of Oral Cancer. We witness the devastating
effects that oral cancer can cause to patients and their families and we are
keen to educate people on how to spot the early signs in order to access early
intervention and better outcomes.

This really is a worthy cause; oral cancer is one of the
fastest growing cancers, with higher death rates than cervical and testicular
cancer combined. HPV, dental anxiety, lifestyle choices and lack of knowledge
are all factors that can contribute to the increase of oral cancer and delay in
diagnosis.

On the 1st November 2022, we are starting our challenge of
500 MILES FOR SMILES for Mouth Cancer Action. During the month we will be
strapping on our walking boots and getting out in crisp Autumn air to
accomplish 500 miles as a team.
