To support our charity of the year - Mind, the southern & northern TH_NKer's will be coming together to walk along Hadrian's wall. 

Getting out into the fresh air is brilliant for the body and mind, and while we will be having a lovely time enjoying some of Britain's best countryside, our main aim is to raise awareness of Mind and the Sally Allan fund in Northumbria. 

"Sally Allan was a special, but ordinary wife, mum, granny, sister and friend, who took her own life on Boxing Day 2015 due to mental health issues she had masked from everyone for some time." 

The Sally Allan Fund has been set up by the Allan Family and Tyneside & Northumberland Mind to raise awareness and understanding of mental health, promote self-care, and dispel stigma with a view to improving North East mental health.
