Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone.

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SUPPORTED US

On 23rd/24th May 2009, 3 teams from Thales Optronics in Glasgow will join with Thales teams from across the UK to take part in The 3 Peaks Challenge. This sees us attempting to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales) within a 24 hour period.

The event is in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care. All money raised by the Glasgow teams will be staying in Glasgow and going to the Big Build project which is seeking to raise £16.1m to replace the outdated Glasgow hospice with a modern replacement hospice that will offer state-of-the-art care.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Marie Curie Cancer Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks,
The Thales Optronics 3 Peaks Teams
