Cycle for the Ummah is an initiative to raise vital funds for those in great need around the world.

It is in support of Ummah Welfare Trust who will distribute the funds to 4 very effective causes to take care of the welfare of our Ummah. (no pun intended!)

The team has a passionate desire to just to provide humanitarian relief, but to also invest in the future of our Ummah which is why the causes of Teacher Sponsorship in Burma, Gaza Harship Cases, Medical Clinic in Somalia and finishing touches to a Dawah Centre in the Philippines have been chosen.

This is a wide reach and we feel we can reach out to all the people who can benefit from this initiative. We are not only looking to preserve the welfare of the people but the welfare of our Ummah by investing in dawah and educational projects. We feel that this is where the real investment lies that will also benefit us in the akhirah.

But we cannot ignore those who are living at extremes who live without basic amenities to live a day to day life. We need to address the situation of people who cannot contemplate education when they struggle to find what they will eat that very evening.

We need to find a balance in how we invest our time and effort and we strive to achieve just that.
