Granted I'm not the kind of girl who would usually take lightly to giving up my double bed or heated rollers in the morning.Yet will happily be doing so to raise money for much needed local charities.

Cue the CEO Sleepout Cardiff.

On March the 27th myself and my bobble hat will be joining local business people at Cardiff Castle to sleep outdoors for the evening in aid of raising money for local charities involved in supporting the homeless and individuals faced with severe hardship.  

The money raised will be distributed to charitable organisations that:

• address the hidden causes of homelessness by supporting those most at risk
• help individuals progress from homelessness to a more secure and positive future
• support people who are homeless and those faced with severe hardship

So, why not sacrifice that double shot espresso tomorrow morning or Nextflix subscription and take a moment to consider what life would be like without the simple necessities.
