Bronwyn's big chop for Little Princess Trust

Bronwyn Landeg is raising money for Little Princess Trust

The big chop for Little Princess Trust · 14 May 2021

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Ten years ago I donated my hair to 'Locks of Love', a similar charity to The Little princess Trust in America. In August 2019, I decided to do it all again. The Little Princess Trust has helped thousands of young people regain their confidence and identity by giving them a real hair wig, and is also funding lifesaving research into childhood cancers.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic I have been growing my hair and I currently am at a fantastic length of 14.5 inches! As well as donating my hair, I would love to fundraise for this amazing charity. £150 pays for a professional wig fitting, £550 provides a young person with a wig, and £1,000 can buy new drugs for testing. Lets see how much we can raise for this beautiful charity.
