Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. It is the most common cancer in men.

Through my previous work as a GP, and with friends who have had this illness, I am well aware of the range of problems men may get and the difficulties it can cause.

And now as a man in my later 60s I know that my own risk is rising!
