Prostate Cancer UK's legendary team of runners are taking on The Big Half 2025, embarking on a 13.1 mile route through London from Tower Bridge to the historic Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

Story

I'm running The Big Half (my first and probably last half marathon) for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate Cancer UK's top priority is funding research to stop prostate cancer killing men. They are investing to find better treatments, along with tests that can spot fast-growing cancers early and could be used in a screening programme to save thousands of lives.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. Prostate cancer often shows no symptoms in its early stages and an early diagnosis can make all the difference.

I’m not a long-distance runner. I'm slightly terrified to run the 13.1 miles in September but I'm proud to be running it for an amazing charity (plus I've bought the silly running glasses and Runna subscription to show I'm the real deal).

It would mean the world to me if you're able to donate and come and support me on the day.
