Jacob aged 4 has cerebral palsy. He needs an SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy) operation to remove the spasticity in his legs, which will prevent him becoming a full time wheelchair user. After being the mascot at the Bournemouth v Hull game and meeting Eddie Howe and the players he is a huge football fan and his ambition is to actually kick a football without his walker, something we all take for granted.

Jacob's mobility is sadly getting worse so it is vital that he has this operation as soon as posssible.  The operation will be take place in Bristol. Unfortunately all NHS funding for this operation and ongoing physiotherapy has been removed.

Jacob loves to play outside, however he gets very tired using his walker and spends most of his play time crawling instead. Please help to change his life.
