As we won’t be able to hold our usual events to raise money for our school this year, we are adapting and running this exciting online raffle.

Numbers will be allocated sequentially in order of purchase, for example the first person buys £5 worth of tickets – they will be allocated ticket numbers 1-5. The second person buys £2 worth of tickets – they will be allocated tickets 6 and 7 and so on....

Ticket sales will close on Thursday 17th December 2020 and the draw will take place on Friday 18th December 2020

2. The promoter of the Christmas Raffle 2020 (the Raffle) is the Friends of Wistaston
   Church Lane Academy School registered charity number 1046749 whose address is Church Lane, Wistaston, Crewe, Cheshire, England, CW2 8EZ
3. Participation in the raffle costs £1 per ticket
4. Tickets will be available on Just Giving until Thursday 17th December 2020
5. The Raffle is open to all residents of Great Britain (which comprises England, Scotland
   and Wales, and excludes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)
   aged 16 years or over
6. The winners will be chosen by random draw from all of the entrants in the Raffle,
   supervised by an independent person on Thursday 17th December 2020
7. Winners will be referenced on the Friends of Wistaston Church Lane Facebook account unless you opt out
8. Gambling under the age of 16 is an offence, and Tickets will not be sold to, or by, a person under the age of 16
9. The Charity accepts no responsibility if the chosen method of payment is cancelled in error
10. No responsibility is taken for Tickets and payments which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event, beyond the Charity's reasonable control, which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted
11. The Charity reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so
12. Closing date for the receipt of Tickets and Ticket payment is Monday 14th December 2020. Tickets received after this date will not be entered in the Raffle but the payment will be treated as a donation unless expressly stated otherwise by
    the sender
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and
    Conditions upon entry. The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse
    to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions
14. Your Tickets will be entered into the draw as soon as the whole payment is received
15. Monies raised by the Charity in the Raffle will go to The Friends of Wistaston Church Lane Academy
16. The Charity reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time
17. All winning Tickets will be drawn randomly
18. The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable
19. If Tickets are not used, they cannot be re-issued
20. The prizes are subject to change and availability. The prizes cannot be exchanged for the equivalent monetary value
21. The Charity reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Charity's control make it necessary to do so
22. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Charity, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept
    liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up their prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Charity, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Charity's liability for fraud, personal injury or
    death, which after investigation is found to have beenhowsoever caused by the Charity
