On October 22nd, I'll be leaving from Valley Green Inn to run every trail in the Wissahickon Valley in one day. I'm thrilled to support FOW with this effort because of all the work they do to keep the Wiss the best park for runners, walkers, bikers, riders, and everyone else that gets to enjoy it. 

I couldn't do this without my family's incredible support and the help of a few friends who will be pacing and crewing me, keeping me fed, sane, and on the trail.
