Part 2: I'm writing a song and producing a music video (to be completed)

I'm raising money for a teenage mental illness charity -YoungMinds - because it's unreal how many young people suffer from mental illnesses and I want to help.

People underestimate the amount of people actually suffering from a mental illness. I know how awful it is, and it's such a downwards spiral! You feel like you're drowning and every day is a struggle. So many teens and children suffer in silence, and don't even consider recovery as an option. But I want everybody to know that they are beautiful and that recovery is an option, and that they can overcome what they're going through! Nobody should have to go through this, it is truly awful. I really want to help, because these young people deserve the life they wanted. I was there and nobody was truly there for me, nobody understood and so I had to fight this on my own, but nobody should have to do that. Nobody. I want you to know that i'm always here if you need to talk. I would gladly stay up all night to convince you not to self-harm or anything like that. You're never alone, and please never give up hope. I love you!

I said that anybody who wanted to could be in the video, you can be in it if you wish! It will be being produced next year. And if you could donate, that would be amazing! Thank you! Sal x
