Adam and Michael will begin an 18-day trip to the Himalayan Mountains, Nepal in March 2022 with a goal of reaching Everest Base Camp (5,364m). All in aid of The K Woods Foundation; a charitable organisation that helps spread awareness and publicity in order to improve the lives of people living with Dementia.

The challenge - once we arrive into Nepal, we will start our ascent from Lukla. As we progress towards our destination over the coming days, we will pass through Sherpa villages, traverse deep gorges and glacial lakes. We will camp out most nights and be readily prepared for potential altitude sickness and inclement weather.

All donations and support will be absolutely amazing for the charity and will provide extra motivation for Adam and Michael during their prior preparation and Everest Base Camp trek once it presents itself.
