We are taking on the 2.6 Challenge – a national effort to support the UK’s charities through the Covid-19 pandemic. (All government social distancing guidelines will be adhered to for all challenges)

Elaine our fantastic volunteer youth coach who, also works for the NHS, is taking on a 26 mile bike ride around Mid-Suffolk. 🚴🏼♀️
Eve from our award winning coffee shop Cabbages & Kings has dug out her 15 year old roller boots and will be covering 2.6km in them ! 🎧
Rae a project lead at The Mix and her husband Jamie, (a Mix business partner) will be going on a 3-legged walk with their dog for 2.6 miles in the countryside. 🐶
Gert the smiling face that welcomes you into The Mix will become a disco dance diva for 26 non-stop minutes, cutting some of her infamous moves for your entertainment ! 💃🏼
Karen from Cabbages & Kings covered 26 miles over the weekend, using a combination of cycling and running.🚴🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
The Mix continues to support many of our young people remotely, helping them to navigate through this period of uncertainty and change and discover their resilience.
But the lockdown means that charities like The Mix are not able to raise vital funds when their work will be needed more than ever. Our coffee shop and meeting room hire contribute hugely to the sustainability of our youth services.
If you are you a Cabbages & Kings customer, a family that has been impacted by the Mix, a Mix partner or a member of the local community, then please support our team if you can by making a donation so The Mix can be there for young people and their families across Mid Suffolk during and beyond this crisis.
Together we make the difference ♡
