Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

The Reach for Health Centre is a non-profit organisation based in Daventry that helps with a range of physical and mental rehabilitation needs. These range from short and long term musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and neurological conditions as well as other debilitating health conditions. Due to having to close the centre on 21st March from COVID-19, we are still having to cover overhead expenses. The team at the Reach for Health Centre are fundraising for to help with these expenses. Here are the team’s challenges:

Harriet – Keepie uppies for 2.6 minutes every day for 26 days

Connor – The baby challenge: 100 reps of 1 exercise a day for 26 days with baby Evie

Andy – 26km every day for 26 days on a hand bike

Dan – Cycle 26 miles for 26 days (this is the equivalent of cycling to Geneva, Switzerland!)

Maisy – Run a total of 260km across 26 days

Wadge – 26 x 26 squats in 2.6 hours

Karen - 26 x 26 step ups on each leg for 26 days, this will be 1352 step ups in total per day!
