Our Chosen Charity...

The Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity (CMHC) is the driving force behind the fabulous work undertaken at the Countess Mountbatten Hospice (CMH). The Hospice provides a special kind of care that supports people, aiming to achieve the best possible quality of life, enabling them to live as actively and fully as possible as their illness progresses. The support of the staff and volunteers is essential to provide this care and ensure the dignity of people is maintained in their hour's of need. CMH has made a huge difference to my friends, touching their lives in the most important way possible. The support they offer helps many people and as a local charity it is very close to us all, this local link means we can see directly the work they do and rest assured they are providing essential help to those that need it most. There cant be many of us not touched by cancer at some time in our lives, CMCH ensures the funding continues.

It is amazing place and it deserves all the support we can, whatever you can spare however small will be gratefully received.
