With Covid19 having curtailed lots of people's outside fundraising activities this pair of gym loving happy idiots have decided to embark on a 26 day squat marathon to raise money for a cause close to our hearts.

We'll be doing a daily squat challenge known as 'Sally up' consisting of 3:30 of unbroken squats every day for 26 days starting from today 7.5.20 and culminating in a 'squat marathon' of 2600 squats as fast as possible on the 26th day 1.6.20

So why the cause we've chosen?

As a pair of ex rugby players and current (very average) weightlifters a lot of our both of our lives revolves around being 'strong' but we know that it's not always possible and we all need help from time to time.

Men in particular are not always the best at reaching out for help so the idea of doing something 'strong' to raise money to help people who can't be sometimes seemed right somehow.

Mind are a wonderful charity who provide advice, help and support to anyone experiencing mental health problems  and campaign tirelessly to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding around mental health.
