Story

As a group of friends who enjoy playing golf together (badly sometimes) we decided that this was a massively worthwhile cause to support a charity which makes a hugely positive impact on people at a time when they need it the most. Unfortunately none of us are in any fit state to run a marathon and we are all too heavy to jump out of a plane so 4 rounds of golf seemed like the best idea.We are under no illusions that this will be a walk in the park but if it were easy it would not be worth doing and we would not be able to persuade people to part with their money. On the 13th of June starting at 05:00 we will be playing 2 rounds at The Hirsel Golf Club in Coldstream who have very kindly offered us the courtesy of their course. After this it will be a quick dash to play 2 rounds at our home club Eyemouth Golf Club who are also supporting us in this effort. So please dig deep and support a very worthwhile charity which is close to all of our hearts. Thanks, Paul, Jappy, Ina and Dopey
