Right now, millions of children are in danger. They face violence, disease, hunger and the chaos of war and disaster. Unicef ensures more children get life-saving food, vaccinations, education and protection than anyone else. With your help, we can build a safer world for children. unicef.org.uk

Story

How do you follow up A View to a Swim? With The Swim Is Not Enough, of course!

On 3 September 2022, I'll be taking part in the Dock2Dock, a 3km swim in London's Royal Docks. This is the furthest distance I've attempted so far!

The docks, and the nearby O2 Dome, feature in the boat chase from the opening of Pierce Brosnan's 1999 Bond outing The World Is Not Enough

I'm once again raising money for Unicef, Sir Roger Moore's charity of choice. They're currently doing amazing work in Ukraine and Afghanistan, as well as the rest of the world, including here in the UK.

Let's hope my collarbones remain intact.
