Flo and Jocelyn are running the Windsor Half Marathon at the end of September in memory of a very dear friend.  She was not only our friend, but also the mum of very good friends, and the wife of a very special man.  We are running in aid of the Macmillan Nurses as they were extremely supportive to not only Linda but also all her family and friends.  We hope that our run will in some small way make a difference to others.

PS Actually there will be three of us running as Flo will be 7 months pregnant so please give generously!

PPS the training is going well for both ladies - one pounding the streets in Long Island, the other in Twickenham/Bath/Birmingham or wherever Flo is trying to sell her wonderful chocolates.
