This year i am attempting the 10k Royal Marine commando challenge.

This is more of a personal challenge as i haven’t run since “COUGH1997” when i stopped cross country and athletics, and with giving up smoking in October 2012 i feel i can do this.                          

Not only is this a personal challenge i am also  proud to be raising money for The Devon Air Ambulance.
