Age Concern changes lives for those in later years. We combat poverty, reduce loneliness and social isolation and we bring together community. Seeing over 10,000 visitors a year in The Veranda, bringing forward benefit awards of £1.3m - £1.5m a year for those choosing between heating and eating and befriending over 60 people in the home is our day-to-day and it is a mission the team works hard to deliver showing great kindness and support.
