In the past, Wine Society teams have cycled from Stevenage to Montreuil, have hiked the South Downs Way and have completed both the National and the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenges in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, The Eve Appeal, Cancer Research UK, Stevenage Community Trust and The Drinks Trust (formerly The Benevolent).

In this strange year of 2020, we wanted a new physical challenge to raise money for a pair of great causes - Mind and The Drinks Trust - but in a responsible and socially distanced way. That's why dozens of Wine Society colleagues are walking, running, cycling, swimming, dancing, exercise biking, 10000-stepping and anything-else-ing their way from their base in Stevenage to the iconic wine region of the Napa Valley.

The target is to cover the equivalent of 8,539 km (5307 miles) between them during the month of September.

Please encourage Team Wine Society to go as far as they can and raise as much money as they can by donating as much or as little as you can afford. And don't forget to gift aid it!
