I’ve been running for a short while with some great friends and have reflected on the friends and family whose lives have been affected by cancer.  As my wise old wife said to me.  If you’re going to run you might as well run for a good cause.

The slow and old “The 4 Street Runners”  John, Alan, Mick & Troy are raising money for a very good cause and hope to continue to run and raise money for charity.
