Please give a generous donation towards our new Theale HQ building fund. The facility will be as much for the community as it will be for the division. Our members will meet there a couple of times a week and occasional weekends but the rest of the time it can be hired out as a community venue.
We have the land (kindly donated by Englefield Estate at a yearly peppercorn rate) and we have planning permission (thanks to West Berks Council) - all we need now is funding.
Sadly in 2001, an arson attack on our building, which we had lovingly cared for, meant it was burnt to the ground. It was devastating but our members refused to give up.
Theale Division is one of the oldest divisions in Berkshire. For more than 60 years, we have actively supported the local community at a variety of events across the county.
