Story
Diverse Abilities is the only charity that supports children and adults with profound physical and learning disabilities in Dorset. We cannot change people’s disabilities but, with your help, we can make their lives fun and fulfilled, giving them a future they truly deserve.
Why have you made a JustGiving page?
Staff at The Beehive, are teaming together to fundraise for our day centre. We are called the ‘ runner bees ‘ staff have come together and started a running group. Speaking on behalf of myself I can barley run for a bus, let alone 5K.. But.. that didn’t stop me!
Diverse Abilities is a charity very close to my heart, myself and my work colleagues want to change the lives of the people we support every day.
Any donations will help us to continue supporting these amazing people.
When is the event?
Dorset neon run 23rd April 2022.
What is The Beehive?
The Beehive, is a activity and therapy centre, that provides one to one support for people with disabilities.
It is a place where people can make new friends, acquire new skills, enjoy a wide range of activities and experiences.
Thank you so much for all your help and support.
We appreciate any donations massively.
Please come along and support us on the night!!
