Breast cancer affects so many people, some very close to our hearts and we are trying to do everything we can to raise money for this wonderful charity, who support with both research and care.

We always try and do something different to fundraise, and this time sees a very special skinny dip!

Taking part at the amazing QuaySwim lake in Mytchett, we are getting naked and going for a wonderful, discreet and heart warming (but bum-cooling!) 'ladies only' skinny dip!

It will take place on Friday 12th August from 6.30am to 8am (last entry into the water being 7.30am).  There will only be ladies on site (including the reception staff and the lifeguards).  The 150m, 250m and 500m swim loops will be open but if you just fancy a 'dip' and not a swim, there will be a lovely area to 'dip' and chat and make some friends.

Whether you swim or dip (and swimming can be a hardcore sprint or a leisurely mooch - front crawl or breaststroke or even doggy paddle if you like!), you will need a coloured hat (proper swimming hat or a beanie / woolly hat is fine - whatever you prefer!) You can purchase from the Quays on the day if you don't have one!

If you would like to be a part of it, please donate £10 to this site and clearly state your name. Please also save the link and send it to all your family and friends to sponsor you swimming as the sun comes up. just as nature intended! If you aren't quite brave enough this year, then please donate anyway - every penny counts and you will be helping someone with breast cancer live a better life.
