On the 9th May, 2015 a team of North West Ambulance Service Paramedics (and a couple of friends) will cycle over 100 miles (plus over 6000 feet climb) from the AJ Bell Salford & Sale Rugby Stadium to Llanberis, Wales. 

Llanberis is the home town of Gareth Jones, a very close friend & colleague who passed away suddenly last year. After consultation with Gareth's family we have decided to raise money for the CALM charity as you can see. We hope to raise a substantial amount of money for this well deserved charity and thank you in anticipation for any donations.
