Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page raising money for The Club HQ’s charity partner, Balls to Cancer.

Since 2011 Balls to Cancer have been supporting sufferers and families battling cancer - 200,000 men a year are diagnosed with cancer, killing 10 men every hour.

Balls to Cancer aim to raise funds for male cancer awareness and education amongst both men and women: 

They fund two luxury homes at Haven holiday park, Burnham-on-Sea, for the use of cancer sufferers and their families to create happy memories at a difficult period in their lives.

They provide free chemo packs containing many things to help with the side effects of chemotherapy & radiotherapy, such as cooling gel pillows, neck pillow, thermometer, hat, lip balm, biscuits, sweets and warm socks.

They have also set up the Geoff Bates Fund to help support families financially when cancer is diagnosed - often a family member has to take extended work leave or give up work altogether which adds additional financial stress to an already emotionally stressful time.
