Thanks to all who have donated so far for my first two challenges, running the London Landmarks half marathon and running over 16 miles from pub to pub.

For my next challenge, I am switching to the bike!  I plan to ride from London to my Hometown Hastings, finishing on the Pier. Should be around 60 miles and i hope to do it under 6 hours.

Having personally been present at the Spurs v Bolton game at White Hart Lane when Fabrice Muamba suffered a cardiac arrest and then watching the same happen to ex Spurs player Christian Eriksen in the Euros.  I feel both players are so lucky to have received life saving treatment and aftercare, that may even mean in Eriksen's case that he get's to continue his football career.  Both these events brought home to me how precious our lives are and if I can make difference in some way to help more people survive, then that is a good thing.  Please support me in trying to raise my target of £1000 for this great cause.  Thank you!
