I got into cycling to improve my health and realised how much I enjoyed it.  I am not the fastest cyclist in the world but I like to travel long distances solo and enjoy the challenge of being self supported.  Cycling has given me many adventures and I thought it would be great for a charity like Zoe's place to benefit.

I have always believed that you are the person where things start if you want to improve yourself or get over ill health then the choice is yours to do something about it.

The children at Zoe's don't have that option and they definitely need and benefit from any help we can give to make their tiny lives easier along with their families.
