Last Year staff from Quarry House ran the Abbey Dash 10K for the British Heart Foundation in memory of our colleague Alan Hopwood who passed away suddenly in September 2103. This year Darren Fellows, Nigel Hull, Andy Ellis, Phil Patterson & Dave Edson are running the 10K again. Any support you can give us would be greatly appreciated as we run again in the memory of a much missed friend and colleague.

In addition Darren is running  because his niece was born with a congenital heart defect and had two operations on her heart before she was 2, she remains well but will need another operation before she is 13 so the British Hear Foundation is a charity close to his heart.
