Story

****POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19-LOOKING FORWARD TO RESCHEDULING A NEW DATE SHORTLY-AND WILL CONTINUE TO RAISE FUNDS IN THE MEANTIME-THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE SUPPORTED US SO FAR****

A group of friends from the Hive Rugeley have decided to set a challenge to raise enough funds to cover the cost of a single life saving mission for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, which happens to be a £2,500. Each and every one of our lives have been touched by this incredible charity, with one person from the group  owing their life to the amazing work of MAAC!

We are all continuously in awe of  the selfless work of the men and women that make up this charity and were inspired to come up with a challenge that would utilize the gorgeous area of Cannock Chase which is right on our doorstep.

Some of the group have never laced up a pair of hiking boots, and others are nursing injuries which will surely make this walk a challenge! We felt it was the least we could do to show our support for the amazing, and humbling Midlands Air Ambulance Charity who are completely reliant on the kind donations they receive to run as they are astoundingly NOT government funded.
