Thank you for visiting Joan's Tribute Fund

Our much loved wife, Mum, and Grandma, Joan Tickle (née Sharman) died peacefully on July 21st, 2022, aged 80 at Saint Michael’s Hospice.

Prior to her death, Joan and her family received incredible support from the hospice Home Care Team, and for the last four weeks of Joan’s life, as an inpatient at Saint Michael’s.  

We could not have asked for more sensitive and thoughtful support from the team, or a more beautiful environment for us to spend the last weeks of Joan’s life with her.  

Joan volunteered for many years at the Church Avenue branch of the Saint Michael’s Hospice Shop, so knew the importance of fundraising to support their essential work.  We would like any donations in her memory to be sent to Saint Michael’s in order to further their work and help other families benefit from the same amazing support that we received.
