We (Dan, Steve, Joe and Paddy) are running 47 miles around Lake Windermere (“The Lap”) to raise money for the Fetal Medicine Unit at UCLH, and help them to continue to provide essential care to babies and their families

We are running The Lap in memory of Steve and Cerys’ daughter Alice Eira Hadwin-Owen, who sadly passed away at only 5 days old. The staff and doctors at the Fetal Medicine Unit at UCLH provided world-class care throughout what was an impossible time for them as a family, and Alice’s legacy will be to help to ensure that many more families can benefit from the same compassionate expert care for years to come
