Iv made this page to help Sean Smith raise money for Mind charity. I’m sure In some way it’s close to us all! 

I am looking to raise awareness for both Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, something that has always been incredibly important, but recently very close to my heart. In November 2020 I lost my incredible Mum to her battle with mental health. For my Dad, my sisters and I, our world came crashing down and time came to a complete standstill. My Mum was the most caring, gentle and kindest woman a person could ever know. I want to do something in her memory, Mum always enjoyed a good walk, so walking seems the perfect way to do it. My friends and I will be walking just over 93 miles from our Rugby training grounds in Rowheath, to the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, setting off at first light on 28th of May With aim of completing the walk on Sunday 30th May. All money raised will go to the Charity Mind. One which I will always hold close to my heart and to high regard, one which looks to continue to help those facing their own battles with mental health.
