Siblings Reunited (STAR) is a fabulous charity run by Karen Morrison. There are currently around 16000 children in care in Scotland, more than half of those children will have siblings who do not live with them. Regular quality contact between separated brothers and sisters does not always happen but STAR offers a safe, fun and therapeutic place for brothers and sisters to come together. STAR gives these children something back that has been taken away from them – their brothers and sisters, their best friends and their hope.

Unfortunately, the COVID crisis of 2020 has put a huge financial and operational strain on STAR and they face unprecedented challenges to keep supporting kids that so desperately need them,

We hope, though your help and support, we can raise some much needed funds for this excellent charity and in return you will receive something very special and unique.

The Lost Cafe Sessions is a 9 track album of some of the best unsigned Scottish bands from the 1990's. It was recorded for Smithfield Entertainments in 1991 at the Sound Cafe in Penicuik but was never released. For three decades it was presumed lost to the sands of time, however Dave Grey, the original sound engineer and owner of the Sound Cafe, uncovered the master recordings tucked away in a long forgotten box in a studio cupboard. The album has since been digitally remastered and, 30 years since it was first conceived, will finally be released on 22 October 2020!

In return for your generous donation, you can download the album via bandcamp (link above) and receive a high quality bit-rate copy to keep and enjoy forever.

All donations will be gratefully received.

Jim Gellatly of Amazing Radio reviewed The Lost Cafe Sessions and remarked...
