Story

Who?

Brother and sister - Jake and Chloe Mackay.

What?

We will be taking part in the Nike London Half Marathon (Run to the Beat) on Sunday 28th October 2012. Our aim is to complete it with a combined time of under three hours; however, our main priority is to raise as much money as possible for the worthiest of causes.

Who?

We will be running our socks off for Macmillan Cancer Support. Unfortunately, more and more of us are affected both directly and indirectly by cancer everyday. Macmillan Cancer Support are there to help us all.  In essence, they provide practical, medical and financial support, and push for better cancer care for both patients and their families. Find more information at: www.macmillan.org.uk

Our beloved Uncle Mark lost a valiant battle against cancer this year. This is for him, his loved ones and Macmillan.

How?

How can you help? We are very grateful for any donation, big or small, to help us get as close to our target as possible. The race also has a host of live DJ sets around the course, so do feel free to come along, have a boogie and support us on the day! (www.runtothebeat.co.uk)

Many thanks for your love and support,

Jake & Chloe xx
