London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·

Our mission is to make the discoveries that defeat cancer. Our vision is that people can live their lives free of cancer as a life-threatening disease. We work on all cancer types incl. children's cancers, pancreatic, brain and lung cancer. Please support our work and help us defeat cancer.

Story

A father / son team with a combined age on race day of 69 (and one of us is a teenager!).

We both feel extremely privileged to be able to run in support of such a great cause as the Institute of Cancer Research, whose efforts have led to so many families, including our own, being able to spend more precious time with their loved ones. Three of Jonah's grandparents have had successful treatment for cancer, and they will all be in the crowd at the marathon to cheer on their son / son-in-law / grandson.

There will undoubtedly be some "friendly" rivalry for first Marsh to cross the line. Watch out for a sprint finish up the Mall from Jonah - if his Dad is still in view at that point!
