Dearest friends, colleagues and family…

Oh the joys of London Underground, if it wasn’t for a quick glance at the poster with the words ‘London Night Hike’ we wouldn’t be asking you now to donate a little cash to a worthy cause, so blame the modern phenomenon of advertising when you’re shaking out your piggy bank!!

The idea of raising money for a worthy cause alongside the great opportunity to see the whole of London under the stars was just too tempting for us 4 kind-hearted ‘soles’ so here we are asking you to help us raise £1300 for Maggie’s Cancer Trust - (http://www.maggiescentres.org/maggies/maggiescentres/home/home.html)

Please don’t think it’s going to be a ‘stroll in the park’ though...not only do we have to walk 20 whole miles in the dark around the precarious streets of London, we also have to put up with each other through over 8 hours of physical exertion...not an easy ‘feet’. Enough of a reason for a few quid surely!!!!

We know these are tough times but anything you can spare would be much appreciated and it’s not long to go so the sooner you can dig deep the better.
