Whilst in an moment of madness, we decided to get the Family involved in this years Tough Mudder - we have never done anything like this before!!

We'd be the first to admit that we are not the fittest / most athletic bunch - however I'd like to think we can knuckle down and get stuck into anything! 

There will be no more "diet starts next week" or "I'll gym tomorrow"...  This challenge is very real and I'm sure it will mentally and physically break us all.

Taking place at Broughton Hall, the 2018 course brings brand new obstacles to one of the most challenging courses in the UK. Add to that copious amounts of mud, varied terrain and a few massively under prepared contestants.
